Once your company partners with us, your employees may request to withdraw their earned wages through the AgadPay platform. The amount employees withdraw will be transferred to their account, and then is deducted from their next paycheck.
No, this is not a loan! Employees are accessing money that they have already earned, based on the number of days worked. There are no interest charges or debt involved. The accessed funds do not need to be repaid separately, as the amount is simply deducted from their next pay check.
AgadPay does not charge any interest. A service fee will apply per transaction, which covers the cost of processing and making the funds available to you quickly. This fee will be deducted from the employees’ withdrawal request. Employees will always have full transparency and see how much the service fee costs before submitting their request.

The maximum percentage of earned wages available for early access is determined by each company and depends on whether salaries set on the AgadPay platform refer to net or gross salary. We'll work with you during onboarding to set up your account and determine the ideal percentage. For gross salaries, we generally recommend a maximum of 75% to ensure sufficient funds for mandatory deductions (like SSS, Pag-Ibig, etc.). For net salaries, up to 100% may be accessible. The final decision rests with you, and we're here to guide you.
