What is AgadPay?

AgadPay is an earned wage access service that allows employers to give employees access their earned wage before payday—all at zero cost or risk to the company.

How does the service work?

Once your company partners with us, your employees may request to withdraw their earned wages through the AgadPay platform. The amount employees withdraw will be transferred to their account, and then is deducted from their next paycheck.

Is this a loan?

No, this is not a loan! Employees are accessing money that they have already earned, based on the number of days worked. There are no interest charges or debt involved. The accessed funds do not need to be repaid separately, as the amount is simply deducted from their next pay check.

Are there any fees or interest charges?

AgadPay does not charge any interest.
A service fee will apply per transaction, which covers the cost of processing and making the funds available to you quickly. This fee will be deducted from the employees’ withdrawal request. Employees will always have full transparency and see how much the service fee costs before submitting their request.

Is my employer required to participate?

Yes, your employer needs to partner with us to provide this service. Encourage them to join so you and your colleagues can enjoy early access to earned wages.

Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely. We use advanced encryption and security protocols to protect all your personal and financial information.

How much of my salary can I access early?

The maximum percentage of earned wages available for early access is determined by each company and depends on whether salaries set on the AgadPay platform refer to net or gross salary. We'll work with you during onboarding to set up your account and determine the ideal percentage. For gross salaries, we generally recommend a maximum of 75% to ensure sufficient funds for mandatory deductions (like SSS, Pag-Ibig, etc.). For net salaries, up to 100% may be accessible. The final decision rests with you, and we're here to guide you.

How can I give my employees access to this service?

As the employer, simply get in touch with us. We'll partner with your company to provide AgadPay as an extra benefit for your employees—at zero cost to you! By introducing AgadPay to your employees, you can reduce turnover, improve employee financial well-being, and boost morale. Employees can also refer their employer by referring them on our website. We'll take it from there!
